Who would not like to be free from problems but instead of being scared, if we see the ingredients of the mental activities engaged to run away from it, we find there is a conflict between what is and what should be.
This conflict leads to continuous loss of energy and tension . Thus, problems are never resolved. Passive watching of the present state of mind without intervening into it through any coercive tendency of following or comparing seems the perfect action which would not let dissipate the energy.
I think the loss of energy is our problem.
